Can I update the information on my Tixel account once I have verified my account (inc email, contact number, address)?

Yes, you are able to update your personal information on your account at any point.

If you are wanting to update your email address, postal address or contact number you are able to go to your profile and edit any of the information there and click save.

If you are wanting to update your contact number you will be able to do so, as long as you re-verify your contact number.
