Retro Rugba Leeg x Tixel Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The competition, named "Retro Rugba Leeg x Tixel Giveaway," will be run by Retro Rugba Leeg, including the selection of the winner. Tixel is not responsible for the competition process or the selection of the winner. Retro Rugba Leeg may also be giving away additional tickets to other events, which are not facilitated by Tixel, and Tixel is not affiliated with any other giveaways conducted by Retro Rugba Leeg.

Eligibility:

- To participate in the competition, users must reside in Australia.

Prize:

- The winner of the Retro Rugba Leeg x Tixel Giveaway will receive up to two sporting event tickets of their choice on Tixel, up to a maximum total value of $100 AUD, which will be purchased and transferred to their Tixel account by Tixel.
- The winner can select one or two tickets up to a total value of $100 AUD. The tickets are not transferable and can only be used once.
- If the winner selects tickets that cost less than $100 AUD, they forfeit the remaining credit. The tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The tickets must be selected and transferred within 6 months of the winner being announced. If the tickets are not selected within this timeframe, the prize will expire and cannot be extended.
- The winner must give as much notice as possible of the tickets they want to allow Tixel enough time to acquire them. There is a possibility that Tixel may not be able to acquire the requested tickets. In such instances, the winner will need to choose an alternative event ticket within the $100 AUD value limit.

Verification and Disqualification:

- Retro Rugba Leeg reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner and disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

Responsibility:

- Tixel is not responsible for any issues or incidents that may arise from the use of the event tickets or the events attended with the tickets.
- Tixel is also not responsible for any issues or incidents related to additional tickets given away by Retro Rugba Leeg, as these are not facilitated by Tixel.

Data Protection:

- Personal data collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with Tixel's Privacy Policy. The winner must have a Tixel account to be issued the prize.

Agreement:

- By participating in the competition, users agree to these terms and conditions and to Tixel's Privacy Policy.
