Tixel: Refer a Friend Program FAQ

Tixel’s new Refer a Friend program has kicked off and we are offering up to £100 per Tixel fan to get your friends onboard! The Tixel Referral Program rewards both the referrer and the invited friend with £5 each, as a PayPal transfer. We have included some commonly asked questions below.

Am I eligible to refer a friend? 
If you are: 

• Based in the UK and;
• Have bought a ticket on Tixel, and/or;
• Have listed a ticket on Tixel 

Then you are eligible to be part of our referral program! 

What do my friends need to do to get the bonus?
It’s super easy, all they need to do is:

• Sign up to Tixel through your unique referral link and;
• List a ticket or purchase a ticket on Tixel.

Listing a ticket and removing it will make you ineligible. The transaction must be finalised without refunds, ensuring both the buyer and seller successfully complete the exchange.

Purchasing a ticket and then receiving a refund, will also make you ineligible.

When will we get our referral bonuses?
We aim to deliver the reward within 24 hours after the event is over, but it may take up to 3 days
